How long will it take my order to arrive?

You can expect your order to arrive within 7-10 business days after processing. Please allow up to 14 business days before contacting us as weather, holidays and other events may delay shipping.

Products from the same order may arrive in different packages on different dates so that you get your order as fast as possible.

How do I check where my package is?

Why did I only get part of my order?

Don't worry! Orders are often sent sperately and from different warehouses so you get them as quickly as possible.

My package was destroyed during shipping. What do I do?

In the event your package was damaged during shipping, take photos and a video of it immediately as evidence of the incident. Contact us with the problem and the evidence so that we can get things in order for you.
